Diagnosis and Repair

Starting with an initial phone call, I will work to identify the source of your machine's problems. Before placing that phone call you should know:

• The name of your machine (pictures of the machine is sometimes enough to suffice).

• The general problems you're having with the machine.

• Any previous work that's been done trying to fix this machine.

From there, we will work together to schedule a time for me to come and take a look at your machine(s).
